This started with a Zentangle tile that I found in my stash that had a string already drawn on it.

Then I started drawing tangles based on random numbers.

This system usually works really well for me… Usually.

The string had two large “loops” in it, and I thought they would work well to place the tangle Auragin. But it only filled part of the loops.

Adding 3d Mookas looked ok, but still left some room.

The next tangle was Squid! Humpf! Then I remembered a video I watched for PP21, where Squid was used to make a blossom…I tried that, and filled the rest of the loops with the orbs.

I was hoping I would get something to fill the center with next, but no… another, “simple” version of Mooka came up. Ok, I guess my loops can have tails?

The string left a fair amount of room on the edges, so I added the bands of Meer, the next tangle to be chosen, to the left and right sides.

I quit at that point and just shaded everything because, honestly, I felt that anything else would just be “too much.”
